2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete details during signup. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials of your login. ConnectSphere is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your login settings.

3. Prohibited Activities

To preserve a safe, welcoming dating and friendship community, you are strictly prohibited from:

  • Creating fake profiles, impersonating other individuals, or setting up automated bots.
  • Uploading explicit, adult, sexual, graphic, violent, or commercial advertisements.
  • Harassing, threatening, stalking, defaming, or exploiting other members.
  • Sending unsolicited commercial spam, surveys, chain letters, or investment scams.
  • Using web scrapers, data-mining software, or automated crawlers to capture user information.

4. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the photos, bio texts, and communication media you upload to your profile. However, by uploading content, you grant ConnectSphere a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to host, store, display, copy, and modify your content solely for the purpose of operating, matching, and improving our dating services.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or delete your account at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, if you violate these Terms and Conditions or our Community Guidelines. You may also self-terminate your account at any time via our Account Deletion Page.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

ConnectSphere is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not conduct criminal background checks on all users, although we enforce identity photo checks. We do not guarantee matching outcomes or marital compatibility. ConnectSphere is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from user behavior, matches, offline meetings, or account suspensions.
